30% Advance – Required to confirm the booking and reserve the event date. 60% Payment – Payable on the wedding or event day before completion of coverage. 10% Final Payment – Due before the final delivery of edited photos

the client agrees to these payment terms.

Booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received. The booking advance is non-refundable in case of client cancellation. Event date rescheduling is subject to team availability and prior approval. If RFM Wedding Photography is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances
any payment received will be refunded or adjusted toward a new available date
as mutually agreed. Any additional expenses already incurred (such as travel
accommodation
permits
or third-party bookings) may be deducted where applicable. Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds
if applicable
