Payment Policy
- 30% Advance – Required to confirm the booking and reserve the event date. 60% Payment – Payable on the wedding or event day before completion of coverage. 10% Final Payment – Due before the final delivery of edited photos

Cancellation Policy
- Booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received. The booking advance is non-refundable in case of client cancellation. Event date rescheduling is subject to team availability and prior approval. If RFM Wedding Photography is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances
- any payment received will be refunded or adjusted toward a new available date
- as mutually agreed. Any additional expenses already incurred (such as travel
- accommodation
- permits
- or third-party bookings) may be deducted where applicable. Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds
- if applicable
- will be processed within 7–14 business days. This policy is professional
