Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the first event are eligible for a 100% refund of the collected amount, processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. Cancellations made 30 to 44 days prior to the first event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total package price. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to the first event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total package price.
