**Payment Terms**
A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date
as mutually agreed at the time of booking.
All payments must be made through the approved payment methods provided by DJ YuvRaj.
Once a booking is confirmed
the advance payment is non-refundable and subject to the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies.

**Cancellation Policy**
Once a booking is confirmed
the advance payment is non-refundable as it reserves the date and blocks the artist’s availability.
If the client cancels the booking
the advance payment will not be refunded. In case of postponement
the advance may be adjusted to a mutually agreed future date
subject to availability.
Any cancellation or date-change request must be communicated in writing as early as possible.
In exceptional circumstances
cancellation terms may be reviewed at the sole discretion of DJ YuvRaj.
