At Gracy Travels
we follow a transparent and convenient payment process for all our customers. To confirm any booking (taxi
car rental
tour package
or wedding car)
an advance payment of 30–50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of the journey or event. Payments can be made through UPI
bank transfer
cash
or any authorized digital mode. All payments are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows
however
rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

we value our customers’ time and commitments. If you wish to cancel your booking
please inform us as early as possible. <ol data-start="357" data-end="1165"><li data-start="357" data-end="547"> Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund (after deducting any payment gateway charges
if applicable). </li><li data-start="548" data-end="690"> Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within 12 to 24 hours
50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. </li><li data-start="691" data-end="845"> No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for any refund. </li><li data-start="846" data-end="996"> For wedding car bookings
once confirmed
25% advance amount is non-refundable due to prior vehicle blocking and decoration arrangements. </li><li data-start="997" data-end="1165"> In case of any unavoidable situations like vehicle breakdown or natural calamities
Gracy Travels reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternate vehicle.</li></ol>
