The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.</li></ul><h4>2. No-Show Policy</h4><p>If you fail to show up at the designated time and location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.</p><h4>3. Force Majeure</h4><p>In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), Kartik Cab will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. Under such circumstances, full refunds or rescheduling options may be offered without penalty.</p><h4>4. Vehicle Breakdown or Unavailability</h4><p>If Kartik Cab is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, we will either:</p><ul><li>Provide a suitable replacement vehicle of equal or higher category, or</li><li>Offer a full refund if no replacement is available or acceptable to the customer.</li></ul><h4>5. Refund Processing</h4><p>Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.</p>
