Payment Policy

- Hosting Services</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>1. Standard Charges:</b> My anchoring/hosting fee is ₹5
- 000 per day. However
- rates are <b>negotiable</b> based on the type and scale of the event.</p><p><b style="font-size: 1rem
- ">2. Advance Payment</b><span style="font-size: 1rem
- ">: A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be settled on the event day before or immediately after the event.</span></p><p><b style="font-size: 1rem
- ">3. Travel &
- Accommodation:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem
- ">Pick-up and drop-off must be provided for all events
- including those within Jorhat.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem
- ">For events outside Jorhat
- Assam
- the client must also cover accommodation expenses if required.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem

Cancellation Policy
- <p><b>Cancellation Policy – Professional Anchoring &
- Hosting Services</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>1. Client Cancellation:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem
- ">If canceled at least 7 days before the event
- 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem
- ">If canceled within 7 days of the event
- the advance payment is non-refundable.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem
- "><b>2. Service Cancellation by Me:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem
- ">In the rare case that I need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances
- the full advance payment will be refunded
- or I will arrange a suitable replacement if the client agrees.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 1rem
- ">For any changes or cancellations
- please notify me as early as possible.</span></p>
