Payment Policy
A booking is confirmed only after payment of the agreed advance amount. The remaining balance must be paid on or before completion of the mehndi service. Accepted payment methods include UPI
bank transfer and cash. Advance payments are adjusted against the final bill.
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled by the customer
the advance amount paid for booking confirmation will generally be non-refundable
as the date and artist availability are reserved exclusively for the customer. Cancellation should be informed as early as possible.
