To ensure smooth service and fair scheduling for all clients, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:</p><p><br></p><p>Astrology Consultations</p><p><br></p><p>Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra charge.</p><p><br></p><p>Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be non-refundable, but we will offer one free reschedule option (subject to availability).</p><p><br></p><p>No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee, and rescheduling will require a new booking and payment.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Wedding Purohit & Ritual Services</p><p><br></p><p>For ceremonies and rituals, cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting administrative and preparation costs.</p><p><br></p><p>Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will forfeit the advance payment, as arrangements and scheduling would already be in progress.</p><p><br></p><p>In case of unavoidable circumstances (medical emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule the service at the earliest possible date, subject to availability.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Rescheduling Policy</p><p><br></p><p>We are happy to accommodate reschedule requests with no extra charge if notified at least 48 hours in advance for weddings/rituals, or 12 hours in advance for astrology consultations.</p><p><br></p><p>Reschedules requested with shorter notice will depend on availability and may involve a nominal rescheduling fee.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Force Majeure Clause</p><p><br></p><p>In rare cases where we are forced to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, travel restrictions, emergencies), clients will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling without any additional charges.</p><p><br></p><p>How to Cancel or Reschedule</p><p><br></p><p>Please contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp for all cancellation or rescheduling requests.
